Summary: Set the Rust Details window application ID to nixos-updater through shared initial and reopen settings, and add hidden desktop metadata plus packaging and smoke coverage. Validation: Rust 1.88 formatting, locked/offline tests, Clippy, desktop metadata, Nix desktop smoke, package audit, and X11 icon checks passed. Notes: Native x86_64 execution and visible Wayland shell rendering are not claimed.
