Summary: Make Rust Details service telemetry and presentation reflect actual state, with bounded monotonic timing, fixed-width UTC formatting, and bounded log navigation. Validation: Rust 1.88 formatting, locked/offline tests, Clippy, Nix package, audit, lock, no-default, and desktop smoke checks passed. Notes: Native x86_64 execution was not run on the aarch64 host; both-system Nix evaluation passed.
