Summary: Make Rust Details completed-apply history trustworthy and make the Output view responsive, with bounded journal evidence, canonical result correlation, and local wheel paging while preserving existing updater contracts. Validation: Rust 1.88 locked/offline focused and full test suites, fmt, Clippy, lock-safe Nix evaluation, package/audit, geometry, desktop, and resource checks passed. Notes: Native x86_64 execution was not run on the aarch64 host; both-system Nix evaluation passed. Trusted journal evidence remains intentionally bounded and may age out to No run recorded.
